About The Position
To Provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service to Customers, Team Members & Outside Vendors. Merchandising, Filling, Stocking, Breaking Down & Storing Loads, Culling Product, Rotating Product, Preparation of Product, Trimming, Crisping etc...
Requirements
- World famous friendly attitude with customers & team members.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to identify all produce items.
- Ability to read case labels.
Responsibilities
- Store, rotate and break down loads to proper areas- cooler or backroom.
- Transport product to sales floor for filling.
- Culling off quality or out of code product and rotate new product onto display.
- Trim and crisp lettuce, celery, and other wet, perishable product.
- Observe policies and procedures established for the department.
- Continuing education of product identification uses and handling.
- Keep work area clean- follow cleaning schedule.
- Follow company dress code.
- Follow safe handling practices for knives and cutters.
- Follow safe lifting practices.
- Follow productivity guidelines as set by the Produce Manager.
- Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
