About The Position
The Produce/Clerk role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean environment. This position assists the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals, monitors quality assurance standards, and promotes the company's Customer 1st strategy and core values. Responsibilities
- Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
- Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return
- Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department
- Monitor all established quality assurance standards
- Embrace the Customer 1st strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service
