The Produce Clerk is responsible for sorting, displaying, removing, and replenishing fresh fruits and vegetables in the produce department. This role involves maintaining the overall environment of the department by providing assistance to Members through product knowledge and customer service, and ensuring that all produce meets or exceeds company quality standards. Team Members are expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies, procedures, and compliance, strive for flawless execution, and act with honesty and integrity. They are also expected to lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. The role requires delivering service excellence to members, resolving concerns, and ensuring a safe and positive environment for members. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards are essential. Team members work together to deliver GOLD club standards daily, ensuring all items are stocked, promotional plans are executed, signage is visible and accurate, and the club is clean and organized. Understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department and seeing the connection between consistent execution and positive business impact are also part of the role.
