About The Position

The thrill of the holidays is quickly approaching our Uncle Giuseppe's Stores! We are actively seeking a SEASONAL Part-Time Produce Clerk (Fruit Cutter) for our Ramsey, NJ store. This seasonal position will run from early October to the first week of December 2025 and offers a salary of $21.05/hour. Since this is a Seasonal position, there are no company benefits associated with this temporary job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic knowledge of math, weights, and measures
• Be dependable and reliable
• Perform general housekeeping in the department; clean and sanitize work area (including tables, floor, walls, cases, cooler, freezer, etc.).
• Adhere to all safety, health, weights, and measures regulations

Responsibilities

• Will prepare fruit salads, cutting fruit as directed by our company fruit bowl recipes
• Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all work surface tops while carving and cutting our fruit
• Will ensure proper ingredients for each fruit bowl and fruit arrangement, crafting to the selected recipe
• Other duties and functions as assigned
