Requirements

Availability of 10am-9pm
Ability to work 20-30/week
Year-round availability
Comfortability with speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
Holiday and weekend availability
Ability to work in and enjoy a fast-paced environment but also be motivated to complete tasks during down times
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Understand that you have the power to impact customer and coworkers day in a positive way

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service to guests.
Assist customers with product selection, special requests, and produce-related questions.
Demonstrate a proactive, guest-first approach at all times.
Inspect, rotate, and cull produce to ensure freshness, appearance, and safety.
Stock and replenish produce displays following company standards.
Maintain visually appealing, abundant, and clean displays in line with Kowalski’s Cub Foods merchandising expectations.
