Requirements
- No prior experience is required; we offer on-the-job training!
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks, including lifting and stocking.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect deliveries of produce to ensure quality and freshness.
- Stock and rotate produce to maintain freshness, following proper inventory practices.
- Assist customers with their selections, providing recommendations and nutritional information as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the produce department, including regular cleaning and sanitation practices.
- Monitor product quality, removing any items that do not meet store standards.
- Collaborate with team members to create an inviting and visually appealing produce display.
