About The Position

The Amazon MGM Studios International Originals Team is seeking a dedicated,
self-driven Production Innovation Executive with exceptional communication
skills and a proven track record in production and post-production workflow
processes. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with AI utilities
and innovative production technologies, combined with a "think big" mentality
and a passion for exploring new innovations and efficiencies. This candidate
will be on an innovation team that is directly involved with discovering,
vetting, implementing and maintaining new technologies in Production and Post
Production for the International Originals slate.

This role demands the ability to independently manage or collaboratively drive
multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring strong follow-through to
completion. Success requires excellent organizational skills, strategic planning
capabilities, and the ability to execute projects efficiently while maintaining
a positive team dynamic. Written communication skills are essential.

The Amazon MGM Studios International Originals Innovation team is a group
committed to discovering new technologies and methodologies that will bring
logistical and cost efficiencies as well as increased sustainability to our
productions.

Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast
collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of
devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their
favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports – including Amazon MGM

Requirements

• 5+ years of budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting experience
• Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in production and post production
• Proficiency with computer systems and diverse applications (including Asana, Slack, Flowcapture, Box and similar tools)

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading large projects and facilitate group meetings
• Experience managing large-scale projects from end to end
• Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates
• Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the evolving Amazon MGM Studios’ International Originals slate while maintaining awareness of department-wide objectives and priorities
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of Amazon MGM Studios’ cloud-based production and post-production workflows and help to grow and maintain AMS cloud-based initiatives
• Manage and maintain Airtable tracking systems for project oversight
• Collaborate effectively across diverse teams including Amazon technical teams, Legal, Business Affairs, Creative, AWS, external vendors, clients, and industry professionals
• Create or produce compelling presentations, videos, and documentation for internal and external discussions, meetings and symposiums
• Champion adoption of emerging trends and technologies among internal and external partners
• Partner with production, post-production, and technical teams to solve challenges ranging from routine to complex
• Work with external vendors to create or adapt technologies and innovations to the Amazon MGM Studios workflows
• Setup, manage and maintain team sessions for internal and external experiences, to include overseeing travel arrangements, location bookings, communications, etc.
• Participate in 'think big' brainstorming sessions to help create and drive new innovations for the company
• Research, evaluate, and propose innovative production and post-production solutions as well as A.I. solutions to the Innovations Team for assessment, vetting, and implementation
• Serve as an ambassador for innovation across the organization
