  • Accountable for obtaining goods/services required by the organization including Indirect Operations and Direct Operations.
  • Procurement processes include Product/Service Sourcing, Supplier Selection, Pricing/Terms Negotiation, Order Processing, Contract Administration, Supplier Performance Management.
  • Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others, and mobilize resources.
  • Manage two or more direct reports.
  • Monitor and achieve operational and/or financial results for their area of responsibility.
  • Conduct people management actions such as hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees.
  • Manage subordinate management and/or experienced specialist employees who exercise significant latitude and independence.
  • Head one or more departments.
  • Allocate resources to align with business objectives and annual business plans.
  • Work on issues requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Solve complex problems leveraging resources within or outside the organization.
  • Implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Establish operating policies and procedures that affect departments and subordinate sections and work units.
  • Interpret company-wide policies and procedures.
  • Develop and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
  • Interact frequently with internal and external leadership and senior-level customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and/or contractual clarifications.
  • Lead briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience required in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
