Requirements

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to manage procurement and distribution of products and services.
• Support vendor database management, bidding, contracts, and purchasing.
• Prepare specifications, bid invitations, and RFPs.
• Conduct public bid openings, bid analysis, vendor selection, and product evaluation.
• Review and process requisitions for compliance with contract pricing and district policy.
• Manage procurement-related compliance and financial audit requirements.
• Coordinate the award process and facilitate contract awards with purchasing staff.
• Monitor vendor contract usage and compliance with terms.
• Enter and print purchase orders; maintain purchase order files.
• Assist the Business Services Manager with financial reporting and special projects.
