The Senior Professional Services Procurement Specialist oversees strategic contracting and end-to-end category management for professional services. The role advances sourcing strategy, negotiatesmercial terms, manages supplier performance, and mitigates risk across consulting, legal, audit/tax, marketing, HR/talent, and contingent labor/SOW. This position partners with senior stakeholders to optimize total cost of ownership, improve delivery oues, and ensurepliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements

  • Experience with procuring professional services categories, including consulting, legal, HR, software development, and IT services.
  • Experience negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), rate cards, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), SLAs/KPIs, and change-control mechanisms to ensure cost transparency and delivery accountability.
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships.
  • Experience and knowledge of procurement processes, contract terms, andpliance standards.
  • Experience with IT outsourcing, cloud services, and royalty/licensing arrangements.
  • Experience withmercial contracting and negotiation, including the ability to assess financial implications accurately to support decisions.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications, financial controls, approval workflows, and contract administration processes.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with supplier consolidation and strategic supplier management.
  • Experience with risk identification and mitigation, continuous improvement, and cost-optimization work.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics practices.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., MCIPS/CIPS, project management, Six Sigma) and experience with Point or document management platforms. International sourcing experience and multilingual capability (e.g., German, French, Portuguese).

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing procurement activities for professional services categories, including consulting, legal, HR, and IT services.
  • Negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), rate cards, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), SLAs/KPIs, and change-control mechanisms to ensure cost transparency and delivery accountability.
  • Managing the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, andpliance reviews.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business requirements.
  • Monitoring vendor performance against KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Delivering measurable cost efficiencies and value through effective negotiations.
