Crouse's Purchasing team promotes community health sourcing and procuring supplies and services in the most cost efficient manner as possible. The Purchasing team is hiring an Procurement Specialist to work Monday - Friday: 8 am - 4:30 pm.

Requirements

• Associates degree. Bachelors Preferred
• Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative or supply chain experience in a fast paced environment.
• Previous experience working in a healthcare or physician office setting.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and maintains manual and computerized department data and information, reports, records, logs, policies and procedures, statistics and other related systems/documents.
• Effectively schedules meetings, reserves rooms, ensures materials and AV equipment are available, coordinates catering requests and arranges parking for vendors/guests as needed.
• Generates PO's for customers and department as needed.
• Manages rental equipment, archives, business cards, signage, office supplies and other service contracts as needed.
• Uses, updates, and optimizes MMIS for department and organization.
