About The Position
The Indirect Procurement Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for key indirect categories, with a primary focus on Supply Chain (3PL, Freight, Warehousing, & Industrial Equipment), Facilities Maintenance (MRO), and General Supplies. The role may also support other Indirect OpEx categories such as IT and Professional Services from time to time. This role ensures the procurement of high-quality goods and services at optimal cost, supports operational efficiency, and drives value across the organization. The position requires strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
