About The Position

The Procurement Representative for the MDMS program at Lockheed Martin is responsible for managing the procurement of materials and supplies for missile programs, ensuring timely and effective procurement processes. This role involves liaising between the program and the central buying center, coordinating with suppliers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive results.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's Procure to Pay System and SAP.
• Knowledge of Production Operations (Prod Ops) Z-Charts and Lines of Business (LOBs).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the program and the central buying center, SEMAC.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure parts are procured to meet program needs.
• Expedite and ensure on-time deliveries to manufacturing sites in Orlando, Ocala, and Troy.
• Manage engineering changes and analyze cost/schedule impacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead IPTs and resolve technical, quality, and schedule issues.
• Work with external suppliers and internal functions, including senior leadership, to drive results.
