About The Position

We are seeking a Procurement / Purchasing Coordinator to manage vendor relationships, purchase orders, and procurement processes for industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems and be able to support timely and accurate procurement operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or materials coordination (1-3 years preferred).
  • Proficiency with ERP systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working onsite in an industrial/fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create, process, and track purchase orders (POs) for materials, equipment, and services.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP and other systems.
  • Source new suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Track inventory and coordinate material deliveries with project teams.
  • Support procurement reporting, cost tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and regulatory standards.
