About The Position

Your role Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the position will lead and/or support project procurement activities and other initiatives in the areas of supply chain and procurement.
What you’ll do
Source and procure equipment and services to support new construction builds for Digital Realty data centers.
Coordinate equipment delivery timelines in alignment with project schedules and cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, and Construction.
Manage the day-to-day procure-to-pay (P2P) process and act as the liaison between project management and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
Drive supply chain improvements through strategic sourcing, process optimization, and supplier performance management.
Organize, maintain, and manage supplier contracts.
Track and report supply chain cost savings, comparing actual results against targets.
Monitor and report supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate KPI surveys with internal stakeholders to support the Strategic Supplier Management program.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at streamlining the P2P process.
Support the implementation of new technologies related to Supply Chain and Procurement.
What you’ll need
3–5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on project-based purchasing.
Proven success in procuring, negotiating, and contracting across multiple categories.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Demonstrated expertise in negotiation management.
Experience as a buyer with direct responsibility for contract development and execution.
Proficiency in a range of software applications, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
