About The Position
The Procurement Project & Sourcing Manager will drive procurement strategy from product development to market launch, ensuring supplier involvement, cost targets, and sourcing timelines while leading improvement projects to enhance savings, margin, and revenue. This role involves partnering with Research & Development, Product Management, and suppliers to support new product development, sourcing, and product sustainability. The manager will ensure early supplier involvement during product development and launch phases, manage supplier sourcing and onboarding, and oversee procurement project execution by planning, organizing, and reporting on assigned scopes.
