About The Position

The Procurement & Pricing Manager is an analytically focused role responsible for driving spend optimization, vendor accountability, and disciplined, cost-based pricing across the Flint Group platform. This role analyzes vendor and distributor spend to ensure compliance with pricing and rebate agreements, identifies opportunities to shift spend toward preferred agreements, and supports Flint brands in maintaining accurate customer price books. Price books are updated on a recurring basis and reflect equipment and material costs, labor utilization, and brand-specific overhead across multiple business units (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sewer & Drains). The role works closely with Finance, Operations, and Brand leadership and interacts directly with vendors to review pricing and rebate performance. While negotiation responsibilities may evolve over time, the initial focus is on building strong analytical foundations and ensuring Flint captures the full value of its existing agreements. This is a hands-on, player-coach role suited for someone earlier in their career who is eager to take ownership, work hard, and make a meaningful impact on a growing business.
