Responsibilities

  • Pay all recurring and individual bills on behalf of the departments ensuring compliance with State and Clemson University guidelines.
  • Process requisitions through buyWays and complete faculty, staff, student, and non-employee vouchers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for department and vendors regarding financial services.
  • Act as the department's pcard liaison, compiling and uploading receipts and reconciling monthly statements.
  • Serve as payroll manager, including timekeeping and post-hire payroll management for assigned departments.
  • Track and complete web invoices for external billing and IDOs for internal billing mechanisms.
  • Maintain supplies for the department and assist faculty and staff with purchasing questions.
