About The Position
This Procurement Officer III position is located in Topeka, at the Eisenhower State Office Building, and is within the Bureau of Fiscal Services. This position is responsible for conducting bid events within the agency's delegated purchasing authority, as well as working with Department of Administration's Office of Procurement and Contracts to provide details for larger bid event processing. The Procurement Officer III has daily communication with KDOT staff to ensure the agency's purchasing needs are met and communicates with vendors as needed regarding KDOT bid events and awarded contracts.
