Procurement Multi-family Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Multi-Family / Supply Chain Manager (Level K) to join our Air Dominance – Proprietary team in Hazelwood, MO! In this role, the Supply Chain Manager will be part of a high-performing, cross-functional team building next generation, state-of-the-art capabilities. This position will include business/program-facing responsibilities related to both Supply Chain Integration and Digital Data / Metric Aggregation & Visualization across multiple proprietary platforms. Position Responsibilities: Lead a team of analysts and supply base managers with responsibility for aggregating program requirements and understanding large data sets for development of meaningful metrics and visualization Develop and execute project and process plans for necessary program data evolution Identify data processing efficiencies between programs to recommend streamlined and consistent data reporting approaches for Supply Chain Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Manage, develops and motivates employees Proactively perform risk, issue, and opportunity management Develop and perpetuate a team culture of transparency, collaboration, and inclusion Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ or more years' of experience formally or informally leading teams in a cross functional environment. 3+ years of experience do you have working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes? 3+ years of experience in data analytics Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience working with Requirements Aggregation or Supply Chain Integration Experience interpreting data and reporting to leadership to identify risks and trends Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies .
