About The Position

As a Program Manager, you will provide critical support to the procurement function, specifically focused on supporting a major telecommunications client. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of vendor onboarding and vendor master data management. This position is integral to the smooth operation of the procurement process, facilitating the acquisition of goods and services from vendors and suppliers for our client.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively exchange information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track all contract-related documentation, including agreements, amendments, addendums, exhibits, and schedules, ensuring proper execution and filing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agreement status throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Proofread, organize, and format procurement-related documents, including agreements, memos, and reports. Establish and maintain organized vendor files.
  • Assist in the management and upkeep of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with vendors.
  • Proactively monitor expiring contracts, renewals, and terminations, escalating as necessary.
  • Monitor purchase order data, ensuring compliance with established contract terms and conditions.
  • Provide administrative support for small procurement projects, as required.
  • Perform low-value tactical sourcing activities as needed.
  • Identify and rectify inaccurate or outdated documentation, proactively obtaining updated vendor master data.
  • Participate in vendor and client training sessions on relevant procurement procedures and processes.
  • Contribute to clearly defined tasks and processes, delivering output within established guidelines.
