Role Overview The Procurement Manager, MRO and Site Services is responsible for developing and executing the sourcing strategy for Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) materials and site services across Nexus Circular’s facilities. This role will support both day‑to-day operational procurement needs and longer‑term strategic sourcing initiatives that support plant reliability, operational efficiency, and cost competitiveness. The role will manage supplier relationships, lead sourcing events and RFPs, and partner closely with internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, construction, and the contracts team to ensure the timely and effective delivery of materials and services. The Procurement Manager will play a key role in helping to build scalable procurement processes while supporting the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the MRO sourcing strategy to support plant operations and maintenance activities.
  • Lead procurement activities for MRO materials, spare parts, consumables, and site services.
  • Manage the end‑to-end sourcing process including supplier identification, RFQ/RFP development, bid evaluation, negotiation, and supplier selection.
  • Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, reliable delivery, and strong service performance.
  • Partner closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and construction teams to understand requirements and ensure procurement alignment with operational priorities.
  • Collaborate with the contracts team to support commercial terms, service agreements, and supplier contracts.
  • Support procurement activities that intersect with capital projects, including spare parts strategies and operational readiness for new equipment installations.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize suppliers, consolidate spend, and improve procurement efficiency across MRO categories.
  • Monitor supplier performance including delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost competitiveness.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of procurement processes, sourcing tools, and supplier management practices.
