As Procurement Manager, you’ll lead sourcing strategy execution across assigned sites and categories, aligned with our 3–5 year roadmap. You’ll handle supplier relationships, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable value through cost savings and critical initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (preferably in manufacturing or healthcare).
  • Strong understanding of category strategy and source-to-pay processes.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to build a pipeline of cost-saving opportunities.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to assess market trends and supplier capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire change and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with a track record of successful strategy execution.

Responsibilities

  • Implement sourcing strategies and lead procurement projects across multiple sites
  • Lead supplier qualification, risk mitigation, and source-to-pay process optimization
  • Drive Class I & II savings and develop value plans for assigned supply base
  • Ensure supplier compliance and performance across suppliers
  • Collaborate with global and regional sourcing teams to align strategies
  • Act as the key point of contact for collaborators at assigned sites/categories
