Overview The Procurement Manager owns procurement specific S2P design, controls, and exception frameworks within a Finance run P2P environment. This role ensures global procurement policies and governance are embedded into transactional processes without duplicating Finance execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement operations or S2P process design
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance
  • Experience partnering with Finance/AP teams
  • Familiarity with procurement and ERP platforms
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

  • Must be willing to execute Corient’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality, and non-disclosure.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain global intake‑to‑pay workflows and procurement controls
  • Embed global procurement policies into Finance‑run P2P processes
  • Define guided buying rules and exception handling frameworks
  • Partner with Finance to improve scalability and compliance
  • Support global audit readiness and internal control documentation
  • Identify and address process gaps and workarounds
  • Implement tooling to support automation of foundational S2P processes
