About The Position

Requirements

• Extensive experience in procurement and sourcing, ideally within capital works projects
• Strong understanding of building and construction contracting methods
• Proven ability in negotiating, drafting, and executing contracts for capital works

Nice To Haves

• A degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Experience in project management or planning
• Background in the building industry

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing and negotiation strategies for capital projects
• Lead tender and RFP processes, manage evaluations, and negotiate with suppliers
• Drive cost-effective solutions aligned with project objectives
• Build and maintain a strong supplier network for ongoing capital works
• Ensure compliance with vendor selection, contracting, and pricing standards
• Support project teams with commercial and compliance requirements
• Act as the key contact for capital-related contracts and stakeholder communication
