Highlight is seeking a Procurement Manager to join our software team supporting a government customer in Bedford, MA. Requirements

• 3+ years demonstrated procurement experience
• 1+ years' experience negotiating agreements/contracts with vendors
• Knowledge of development and business software categories
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple detailed projects
• Skilled in building relationships with key stakeholders to gather category requirements

Responsibilities

• This individual must have knowledge of technologies to track and manage software licenses.
• They shall ensure proper license management tracking and develop annual renewal reporting for the Government.
• The individual shall provide leadership in the use of systems to support the efficient use of technology that contributes to performance Kessel Run product teams.
