Job Summary The Procurement Manager, Materials & Transitions is responsible for leading materials purchasing programs and project-managing new customer transitions to ensure continuity of supply, cost competitiveness, and operational readiness. This role develops and executes sourcing strategies for direct materials that positively impact cost, quality, availability, and service levels while supporting business growth and customer onboarding initiatives. The Procurement Manager works cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, IT, and Customer Transition teams to define material requirements, manage suppliers, and ensure successful execution of new customer transitions and major program changes. A strong background in materials management, analytics, and project management is required.
