About The Position
Procurement Manager – Indirect Spend Compensation: $110-125K plus 15% Bonus Location: US-Remote | Travel 10% or less Reports To: Director of Procurement Headline: Sun Auto Tire & Service, a Leonard Green Portfolio Company, is the fastest growing, top 10 independent tire dealer in US with 500+ stores operating under multiple brands. Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings
- Strong experience managing indirect spend categories such as uniforms/apparel, travel, environmental safety supplies, office supplies, telecom and facility services
- Demonstrated success in contract negotiation, vendor management and cost optimization strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with experience in procurement / analytics tools (PowerBi, SQL, Data Extraction) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with experience managing complex contracts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptable: demonstrate flexibility to pivot and support direct sourcing initiatives when business priorities require

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost-savings objectives
- Lead vendor selection and contract negotiation for indirect categories, securing favorable terms and pricing
- Proactively manage supplier relationships to ensure service quality, compliance and continuous improvement
- Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for consolidation, cost reduction and process optimization
- Lead the design, documentation and continuous optimization of procurement/sourcing processes tailored for a retail environment (ensure scalability, compliance and operational efficiency)
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management strategies to achieve high adoption and seamless implementation across all retail channels
- Drive strategic projects such as contract consolidation, travel program optimization, centralization of e-commerce spend under preferred vendor contracts
- Monitor market trends and benchmark pricing to maintain competitive advantage
- Prepare and present reports on savings, supplier performance and procurement KPIs to senior leadership
