The Procurement Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that all Concerto facilities maintain appropriate inventory levels and have timely access to necessary supplies. This position supports operational efficiency, cost management, and continuity of patient care by overseeing procurement processes, coordinating supply distribution, and supporting site-level needs across designated markets. What Will You Do? Monitor and manage supply levels and par levels across assigned facilities Utilize ordering tools and algorithms to determine accurate order quantities Coordinate supply needs and respond to requests from facilities and teammates Create and manage Sales Orders and Transfer Orders in NetSuite Execute Purchase Orders with vendors Partner with Supply Clerks to maintain efficient procurement workflows Track and support cost savings initiatives per customer/site Step in as Supply Clerk when needed due to staffing or operational demands Collaborate with the Director of Procurement on projects and process improvements Perform other duties as assigned Compensation: $25 - $30/hour Why Work at Concerto? (Minimum Qualifications) High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year experience in distribution, warehouse, or supply chain preferred Purchasing experience preferred Strong computer and system skills (NetSuite experience preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lift 40–50 pounds Valid driver’s license in good standing Ability to travel between multiple facilities as needed Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift, move, and position equipment regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Work may take place across multiple healthcare facilities and storage environments

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in distribution, warehouse, or supply chain preferred
  • Purchasing experience preferred
  • Strong computer and system skills (NetSuite experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 40–50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Ability to travel between multiple facilities as needed
