Daily work and activities will encompass all phases and steps of the procurement process from bid and component design through manufacturing. You will also support supplier evaluation for new and existing suppliers for AP1000 opportunities in the North America and EMEA regions. You will report to the Sr. Manager – AP1000 Procurement and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time onsite position for the summer.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, engineering, or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Completed Sophomore year of college
Responsibilities
- Support development of Procurement Strategies for Several AP1000 Opportunities
- Aid in supplier identification
- Help with supplier selection for PO placement
- Help with PO Change Notices
- Manage Westinghouse Project Support Team
