In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the aviation aftermarket while supporting the procurement of surplus parts and repair services that keep global operations moving. You’ll assist with purchasing activities, track orders, communicate with suppliers, and work across teams like sales, finance, and warehouse operations. This internship is a great opportunity to learn procurement and supply chain from industry professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchase order processing and tracking
• Support vendor communication (quotes, order status, quality checks)
• Help manage procurement inbox requests
• Maintain records and assist with reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly
