About The Position

This is an OPS position - part time, 20 hours per week, no benefits. The Procurement Generalist will serve as an integral support role for the procurement team and provide direct support with vendor updates, pcard and travel expenses. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong computer skills, the ability to communicate effectively and a high level of customer service. Procurement Services encompasses vendor onboarding, pcards, travel, contracts and purchasing for the entire college. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The department involves a strong team effort with the ability to work independently on projects.

Requirements

  • High School Education

  • The ability to communicate effectively
  • A high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing vendor registrations and change of address updates.
  • Backup for Procurement Specialist, Pcard and Travel Specialist
  • Provide assistance with monthly reconciliation, logs and weekly reminders
  • Other duties as assigned
