About The Position
The Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) at Aon is a relatively new strategic team that advises, influences, and enables outcomes supporting procurement strategy. It identifies and implements best practices and delivers data/analytical insights for key decisions across the enterprise. As a Procurement Excellence Manager, you will bring curiosity, a data driven approach and procurement expertise to implement best practices for procurement processes, methodologies, and models. You will optimize operations across categories, engage with senior leaders to improve KPIs and efficiencies, and drive value while simplifying execution and improving user experience. This role reports to the Head of Strategy & Implementation. This role is based out of our downtown Chicago office with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week.
