We are looking for someone with a procurement, purchasing/supply chain background and an interest in technology and innovation. This role involves collaborating with IT and Operations stakeholders to deliver solutions that enable the necessary Procurement digital capabilities to support our strategic plans. You will manage and optimize current systems while preparing for digital transformation. This role is based in Dearborn, MI, hybrid mode.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with procurement, buyers, leadership, and IT stakeholders to develop and implement digital supply chain solutions as part of a comprehensive digital roadmap, including AI projects
Manage new and enhanced products: develop and manage execution of project timeline in conjunction with technical teams, define and analyze business user requirements, actively participate in the design of the product, coordinate and conduct user testing, rollout and training.
Provide updates on the progress of key initiatives and develop various presentations for leadership and other stakeholders.
Partner with various internal and external stakeholders, including IT, Data Analytics, Product Development, Global Business partners, and Suppliers.
Leverage advanced data analytic skills to optimize value, enhance quality, improve delivery, and reduce costs across the organization.
Stay abreast of trends in AI analytics and integrate these insights into current and future supply chain projects.
