Location: Westchester, IL Workplace type: Hybrid What you will do: Support global procurement tools: Assist with the management and optimization of platforms like Ariba and other e-tools used across our organization. Contribute to special projects: Help with AI-related initiatives and digital transformation efforts that improve how we manage suppliers and spend. Assist with task automation: Support light automation and documentation tasks to streamline procurement operations. Collaborate across teams: Work with Global Procurement, IT, and Analytics teams to ensure tools and processes are aligned and effective. Learn and grow: Gain exposure to managerial leaders, procurement systems, and global business practices. What you will bring: Progress toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Systems, IT or a related field. Interest in procurement, digital tools, or business operations. Strong communication skills and attention to detail is recommended. Comfortable working in English & Spanish is a Plus. Experience with SAP, Ariba, or other procurement platforms is a plus. Experience with Excel, Power Bi, Power Automate or other e-tools. Interest in AI, digital transformation, or process improvement.
