Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Purchasing Coordinator (Entry-Level) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable working with computers and digital systems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting internal teams, and ensuring data integrity across various platforms.

Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Assist with generating reports and maintaining organized records.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal departments and field technicians as needed.
  • Follow company policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements and problem-solving within the team.
