About The Position

Sapp Bros is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support our petroleum
supply chain operations. This role is responsible for sourcing and purchasing
fuel products and equipment, maintaining inventory levels, and working with
vendors and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. We are looking
for someone who is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
in a fast paced environment while supporting our mission of Blessing and Serving
others.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or a related field required.
• Three or more years of experience in a supply chain, purchasing, or logistics role preferred.
• Experience with and knowledge of petroleum products and or related equipment preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase petroleum products and related equipment
• Work with vendors to secure pricing and coordinate deliveries
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels across locations
• Create and process purchase orders
• Support operations and sales teams with purchasing needs
• Maintain accurate records in company systems
• Assist with vendor communication and issue resolution
