About The Position

Procurement Coordinator Provide operational support to the Central Plant ingredient purchasing managers. The process includes providing multiple services to both internal (plants) and external (vendors) customers. Maintaining strong supplier and positive internal relationships is an important part of this role. Key responsibilities include timely and accurate entry of transactional data into the appropriate operating systems, maintenance of contracts, economically directing shipments off contracts to appropriate plants and rectifying invoice issues through Accounts Payable. Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • 1+ year of admin experience or relevant experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management
  • Strong work ethic
  • Microsoft Office including excel and outlook
