As a Procurement team, we aim to greatly enhance Notion’s long term profitability and support sustainable growth while managing risks effectively. We do this by reinforcing and supporting our company strategic goals and values by securing the best possible value for our stakeholders while collaborating closely with our partners in Legal to develop effective risk management strategies at scale. As an early member of the Procurement team, you will own and manage our Contract Management and Administration process across multiple sourcing categories (Engineering, Go To Market etc.) and have real ownership and impact in a fast pace and dynamic environment. This role includes collaborating closely with our Legal partners, managing a high volume of inbound commercial contracts across the company, and supporting our Sourcing Managers to secure the best outcomes possible with our vendors. The position also involves overseeing the review and approval of contracts and will operate in a time-sensitive environment, often under tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who can prioritize in a high-transaction environment and respond effectively when working with stakeholders, vendors, and Notion legal teams.
