The position is responsible for procuring all centralized food and nutrition services of the department. The role includes assisting in securing and maintaining storerooms, assuming opening and closing responsibilities as needed to meet operational needs, and overseeing scheduled transportation runs for the Food & Nutrition Services department while ensuring food safety standards are followed. Flexibility in tasks is required, and the individual will monitor the condition of the truck and notify the Executive Chef as required, assisting with follow-up for needed truck repairs.
