We’re seeking a strategic thinker to create sustainable value and strengthen stakeholder partnerships. Your Role and Purpose As a Procurement Category Manager – Marketing and Sales (M&S), reporting to the Cluster Category Manager – M&S, you’ll support the design of and implement procurement strategies in North America, fostering innovation, sustainability, and value creation. You'll manage supplier relationships and drive solutions that align with our business goals.
Requirements
- Procurement experience – minimum of 5 years in a strategic sourcing role, preferably in a CPG global company
- Strategic and innovative mindset
- Strong analytical and financial capabilities
- Business, finance and supplier contracts acumen
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Business-level English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
- University degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or Procurement
- Ownership & Collaborative attitude
- Stakeholder relationship building
- Drive for continuous improvement
- Cross-functional collaboration expertise
- Resilience in dynamic environments

- Experience working with marketing and sales departments is considered an asset
