Following the acquisition of the majority shareholding by 3G capital, the organization is now going through a transformation to deliver a more leveraged and efficient structure to enable a platform for accelerated growth, both organically and via acquisition. A world class global Procurement function will be a central pillar in delivering this new operating structure. A more centralized approach will enable significant value creation and leverage on over $2 billion of group spend. The scope of the role is broad and will require both proven technical and leadership skills for the right candidate to succeed. As a key partner to both the procurement, commercial, supply-chain & finance teams the role has broad organizational exposure. Relationships and Efficiency will be constituent parts of the role, so good all-round commercial acumen are essential as well as being highly analytical. The role will be Atlanta, GA based, it will be North America focused, however global in nature supporting a global supply chain and team colleagues based in Europe.
