About The Position

Join our team as a Procurement Buyer where you will play a pivotal role in negotiating pricing and delivery of IT hardware, software, software maintenance, and professional services. You will be responsible for issuing and administering RFx processes, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies.

Requirements

Strong negotiation skills.
Experience in procurement management and order processing.
Proficient in IT hardware and software procurement.
Ability to develop business requirements documentation and process flows.
5+ years of experience in procurement.
Contract negotiations for professional services with Statements of Work.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in developing status reports and presentations.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Self-starter with a proactive approach.
CPSM, CSM, CPM, or purchasing certificate preferred.
Korean speaking preferred for communication with Korean-speaking partners.

Responsibilities

Negotiate pricing and delivery of IT hardware, software, maintenance, and professional services.
Issue and administer RFx processes from creation to final award.
Evaluate potential suppliers for quality, delivery, capacity, and cost needs.
Place orders and provide status updates on Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
Prepare and enter Purchase Requisitions and contracts into the Procurement System, ensuring adherence to purchasing policies.
Manage vendor and risk management processes.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with third-party vendors and legal teams.
Support the Manager with workload assignments and manage incoming user and supplier requests.
