SUMMARY We are seeking a highly analytical and systems-savvy Procurement & Business Systems Analyst to support and continuously improve our Procure-to-Pay ecosystem while enabling enterprise data-driven decision making. This hybrid role blends procurement systems administration, business analytics, KPI modeling, and cross-functional reporting. The analyst will serve as a key bridge between Procurement, Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders to ensure systems integrity, process efficiency, and actionable insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable configuring procurement platforms, building executive dashboards, analyzing operational and financial data, and translating business requirements into scalable system and reporting solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related analytical field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement systems, business analytics, financial analysis, or business intelligence
  • Experience supporting integrated enterprise systems and reporting environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support, configuration, and administration of procurement systems, with a primary focus on Procure-to-Pay platforms and integrated financial systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues and deliver timely internal customer support
  • Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance gaps; implement automation and workflow improvements
  • Assist in RFP/RFQ development and execution
  • Conduct supplier market research and benchmarking
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and create comparison models
  • Support negotiation preparation (cost models, supplier leverage proposals)
  • Collaborate with IT and Finance to optimize system integrations and data flows
  • Support spend analytics, sourcing insights, and performance tracking for procurement stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain user training materials and system documentation
  • Assist in rolling out system enhancements and change management initiatives
  • Lead or support enterprise KPI definition, documentation, and governance
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and performance reporting
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Translate business requirements into reporting specifications and analytical models
  • Support forecasting, ad-hoc analysis, and executive reporting
  • Interpret data outputs and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Monitor data quality, validation, and reporting accuracy across integrated systems
  • Contribute to enterprise data management efforts, including master data governance
  • Integrate and transform data from multiple systems for analytics and reporting
  • Develop controls and documentation to ensure consistency and audit readiness
  • Assist with month-end reporting, performance validation, and cross-functional data reconciliation
  • Partner with Procurement, Accounting, Finance, IT, and operational leaders to align systems and reporting with business goals
  • Support training and adoption of reporting tools and analytics best practices
  • Help promote a culture of data-driven decision making
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
