Join us at Barclays as a Procurement Business Partner VP. In this role you will assist business clients in getting the best possible experience and service from the Procurement organization by focusing on project delivery. While working with various partners within Procurement, your responsibilities will include analyzing and optimizing the 3rd party supply base to minimize risk and maximize savings and efficiency and collaborating with the business to execute strategic sourcing and buying channel development/optimization. To be successful as a Procurement Business Partner, it would be an advantage to have experience with prior Procurement experience, specifically with Sourcing/Supplier Management, Project Management/Delivery experience, and Proven Stakeholder management experience. Some other highly valued skills may include excellent written and verbal communication skills, Time Management and the ability to deliver against deadlines and to a high standard, and Hands-on Business Management experience. You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job specific technical skills. This role is based in Whippany, NJ.
