About The Position

Keep aircraft programs moving by managing purchasing, inventory, and shipping/receiving operations at our Coppell stockroom. You'll own the full parts lifecycle: placing purchase orders, tracking inventory, kitting for customer orders, and coordinating deliveries. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and follow-through directly affect customer schedules.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or associate degree; equivalent aviation stockroom or purchasing experience accepted.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a stockroom, purchasing, or aviation parts environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a forklift.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate ERP systems, specifically Dolibarr.
  • Strong attention to detail in kitting, labeling, and inventory management.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Clear and effective communication with vendors, management, and customers.
  • Self-starter who can anticipate what needs to be done without waiting to be directed.
  • ITAR: U.S. Person status required (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in an aviation purchasing, MRO stockroom, or parts operation.
  • Familiarity with 8130 forms, certifications, and aviation parts documentation.
  • Some exposure to aviation drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Place and track purchase orders using the Dolibarr ERP system.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to support customer schedules, ensuring all parts are accurately labeled and organized.
  • Perform weekly cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Receive and verify incoming parts, input reception data into Dolibarr, and scan certifications and 8130 forms for traceability.
  • Issue and ship Customer Furnished Equipment (CFE) parts to internal vendors via purchase orders.
  • Coordinate third-party transportation for pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time logistics.
  • Maintain Bill of Material (BOM) changes in Dolibarr.
  • Prepare kits of parts for customer orders with close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Generate reports in Microsoft Excel to monitor inventory levels and purchasing metrics.
  • Pull certifications from the drive or vendor and send to the customer as required.
  • Follow customer schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Make local deliveries and pickups at Alliance Airport as needed.
  • Support the team with additional inventory, purchasing, operations, and customer service tasks.
