About The Position

Responsibilities

• Purchase missing items from orders before the scheduled delivery date.
• Contact the Foreman at the job site or Project Manager for discrepancies and accuracy.
• Request quotes from equipment vendors and compare pricing before placing orders.
• Update the ‘Orders' spreadsheet after placing an order.
• Confirm order details with vendors and update the 'Yard Truck Schedule.'
• Audit inventory stock and update the ‘Master Inventory' spreadsheet.
• Collect and update daily driver logs and relevant procurement documents.
• Assist with inventory tracking and record-keeping.
• Help schedule maintenance for yard equipment.
• Report any accidents in the yard or by yard drivers to HR.
• Collect gas receipts from drivers and report to the Finance Department bi-weekly.
• Maintain communication between the Brooklyn office and the yard.
