We are seeking a Procurement and Contracts Manager to join our US Minerals and Metals team in Henderson, NV. As a Procurement and Contracts Manager within our U.S. Minerals and Metals team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable resource development. You will build and lead a procurement team serving our U.S. based projects.   • Plan, organize, supervise, and manage all procurement activities across the project, overseeing and coordinating all procurement disciplines (subcontracts, purchasing, material control, expediting, and logistics).
  • Define procurement strategies and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project controls, commercial, and construction teams to define, plan, and schedule procurement requirements and deliverables.
  • Participate in key management meetings-internal and external-to present procurement performance, risks, and progress updates.
  • In collaboration with the functional procurement team, develop and implement project-specific forms, templates, workflows, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings, risk reduction, and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (MBA preferred), Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Contract Administration (or a closely related field).
  • 15+ years of progressive procurement, supply chain, or commercial management experience within engineering, construction, or EPC environments.
  • Proven delivery of large-scale projects with direct site involvement; experience leading multidisciplinary procurement for Mining & Metals across both large- and small-scale projects.
  • Track record developing and managing procurement teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical, self-motivated, and results-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • MBA preferred
