With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners. Our Bellevue Office is seeking a Contracts and Procurement intern for Summer 2026. You’ll work with Deputy Project Managers for Procurement and Contracts to develop Request for Proposal documents on behalf of our clients. The procurement and contracts portfolio includes design, construction, remediation, and replacement of large infrastructure improvement projects. You’ll work directly with engineers to review and modify public works construction procurement documents, detailed engineering specifications, and perform quality control. Relocation and housing are NOT provided for these positions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Administrative Management, Public Administration, Legal Studies, Law, Supply Chain or related programs.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of tasks which may be specific to a particular functional area of activity such as preparing reports, tracking and evaluating results, coordinating program developments, answering the phone, receiving messages, transmitting information, making copies, editing documents, handling routine inquiries and making appointments.
  • Participates in meetings and interfaces with various teams.
  • Assists management in analyzing various data.
  • Works on special projects and provides research as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
