About The Position

Trilon Group has experienced massive growth over the past 3.5 years, growing from inception to $1.3 billion in revenue across 16 partner firms. To support this continued growth, we are seeking an early-career analyst to our join Procurement team. The Procurement Analyst will support and improve our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes through data, systems, and analytics across our multi-firm portfolio. This role partners closely with Procurement and Finance teams to maintain accurate vendor data, support reporting and dashboards, and help implement process and technology improvements. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across an entire function, and not just one small piece of the puzzle. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field; 3 years of directly-related work experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or system development, with a strong emphasis on data analytics, finance technology, or data science with a degree OR 6 years of experience in the above without a degree.
  • Proficiency with procurement and contract lifecycle management systems, ERP platforms, and system integrations (Deltek experience preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain vendor and procurement data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and reporting.
  • Support procurement systems, dashboards, and supplier portals to ensure reliable access and performance.
  • Develop reports and data visualizations to track P2P performance, KPIs, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Document workflows, templates, and training materials for procurement systems and processes.
  • Assist with system enhancements, process improvements, and training initiatives across the P2P lifecycle.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, and internal stakeholders to support efficient purchasing and payment processes.
  • Respond to stakeholder and supplier inquiries and help resolve system or process issues.
  • Track procurement program compliance and maintain related documentation.
  • Support cross-functional projects tied to procurement technology, analytics, and operational improvement.
